My most recent works have been about messages of self-care. I am interested in
empowering and uplifting women, and these works carry positive messages about the
importance of resilience, respite, and discernment. These works are as much a reminder to myself as they are for other women as well.
In Storms, the literal message is: “Not all storms come to disrupt your life. Some
come to clear your path.” I created this during a time when several toxic friendships were ending. Although I felt a lot of sadness, I knew it was time to let go for my own mental health, and in so doing, my own path became clearer.
