Join us in the Moon Room as Jen Ryan leads us on an exploration of the 4 elements. Yin Yoga is a stilling and meditative practice with intent to calm the mind, relax the body and liberate the spirit. This enhances the natural flow of energy through the body. Coupling the quiet of yin yoga with sound immersion gives your mind, emotions and spirit somewhere to reside, providing you with the truest, deepest restoration and nourishment.
Bring Your Own Props. Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket or two, and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable and cozy in our Moon Room.
Class size is limited to 6 participants. Retail hours close at 7 to maintain minimal noise levels. If you wish to browse our retail, please plan to come before class to do so!
