Join us in the Moon Room as Jen Ryan leads us on an exploration of the 4 elements-this week's focus is WATER.
Yin Yoga is a stilling and meditative practice with intent to calm the mind, relax the body and liberate the spirit. This enhances the natural flow of energy through the body. Coupling the quiet of yin yoga with sound immersion gives your mind, emotions and spirit somewhere to reside, providing you with the truest, deepest restoration and nourishment. This week, with the focus on the element of water, Jen will be leading a tea meditation.
Bring Your Own Props. Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket or two, and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable and cozy in our Moon Room.
