About Siobhan Bedford:
Siobhan Bedford is an intuitive artist whose work explores the connection to the mysterious energy of creation. She creates work in multiple media...oil, encaustic work on paper, and photography. The work is inspired by light, darkness, and the infinite world of color. It is deeply connected to both her experiences with the natural world and her inner emotional life.
About Kristin Bispels:
Kristin Bispels is inspired by nature and loves to tell stories through her pieces that blur the boundaries between reality and fantastical worlds. She handbuilds forms with stoneware clay and combines them with wheel thrown, altered, and sculptural elements. Many pieces are finished with detailed surface decoration and are fired in a variety of ways including gas, wood and soda kilns, which adds a level of unpredictability to the process.
Kristin has the heart of a teacher and the soul of an artist. She lives in northern Chester County with her husband and daughter, and works in their home studio that shares her nickname, Deedledoo Studio.
